Snap Rentals is looking for Customer Service and Vehicle Groomer superstars to join our Queenstown Airport team.


We are looking for somebody with a can-do attitude and outstanding customer service skills. 


You will also be required to drive vehicles within our depot so a driver’s license is essential. 


As you will be welcoming our customers, you will be required to maintain professionalism and display outstanding communication and customer service skills. Sales skills are also a huge plus - with performance bonuses included as part of your role. The more you sell, the better you get paid!


You will be responsible for processing rental transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient counter process for our customers and will contribute significantly to incremental sales performance.  


Additional responsibilities of administrative tasks like completing checklists and checking and completing reports will be part of your duties.


This is a flexible position, it could be full-time, part-time or just casual, just let us know what suits you! 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Customer Service Experience

  • A full, clean driving license

  • A valid work visa

  • Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles and all types of vehicles from small cars to cargo vans

  • Excellent team player with a collaborative approach

  • Punctual and hardworking

  • An eye for detail

  • Positive energy
