What is Canstar Blue?

Canstar Blue is an independent consumer research organisation that helps Kiwis make better buying decisions. Each year they survey people who've rented a car in the past 12 months and ask them to rate their experience across categories like customer service, value for money, booking process, and cost transparency.

This year, Snap came out on top. We're proud. Truly. Thank you for backing us, booking with us, and spreading the word.

We started out in 2013 with the firm belief that hire a car shouldn't have to suck. Winning an award like this just goes to show that we might be on to something here...
