KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below is a quick summary of our Key Ts & Cs - make sure to also read our full terms in the document at the bottom of the page.
Cancellation
We offer up to 100% of your booking value back, depending on how much notice you give us:

100% refund when cancelled at least 3 days before your pickup date,

50% refund when cancelled 1-2 days before your pickup date,

If you cancel the day of vehicle pickup, you will be liable for the full booking amount.
Please note this policy applies regardless of the payment option selected.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in your hire. The vehicle must be filled to the same level of fuel it had at pickup.
Credit / Debit Card
A valid credit or debit card IN THE NAME OF THE HIRER needs to be provided at the time of pickup.
Security Bond
Where Risky Business or Baseline Insurance Cover is selected, we require a security bond of $2,000 / $500 respectively. This bond is held via a pre-authorisation on a valid credit/debit card IN THE NAME OF THE HIRER. If Go Smarter Cover is selected, no security bond is required.
Early Returns & Extension
We do not offer refunds for early vehicle returns. Extensions to your hire are subject to vehicle availability, and the extension will be at the daily rate at the time of the extension.
Parking
Unfortunately, we do not provide customer parking during your hire.
Additional Fees & Charges
Please be aware the following additional charges may apply on/after vehicle return:

Infringement Processing Fee - $50 per infringement (includes speeding/parking tickets, road tolls not paid etc)

Cleaning Fee - $200 if the vehicle is not returned in a tidy manner

Smoking Fee - $250 if we have reason to believe the vehicle has been smoked in/around during the hire period

Refueling Fee - $25 (+ the cost of fuel) if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
