Snap Operation at current NZ Alert Level
The most recent alert level updates mean the way we do business has to change slightly to support the team of 5 million. The below information will be updated Alert Level changes to help keep you in the know about how Snap is responding
Alert Level 3
At Alert Level 3, Snap's Depots will be open daily for contactless vehicle collection and drop off to all customers. Safety precautions are in place - please follow staff instructions and practice physical distancing on site to ensure everyone is kept safe.
Please note there are restrictions on inter-regional travel at Alert Level 3. Please refer to www.covid.govt.nz for more information on these restrictions.
Alert Level 2
At Alert Level 2, Snap's Depots will operate as normal (i.e. not contactless), with increased depot & vehicle cleaning procedures in place.
We encourage customers to practice physical distancing on site to ensure everyone is kept safe.
