Why hasn't my shuttle arrived yet?
International Terminal
Our shuttle arrives in the Transport Pick-up Zone which is a short, under-cover walk from the terminal. The covered walkway begins directly opposite international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you.
Domestic Terminal
Please make your way to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Walk across the road to the very last bus shelter. The shuttle will arrive here once requested.
