If it has been more than 20 minutes since you requested the shuttle, and the shuttle does not appear to be on its way on the tracker above, please call 0800 288 699 and select option 2 to speak to our reservations team directly.
Why hasn't my shuttle arrived yet?
Please make your way to Door 2 of the Domestic Terminal. Directly outside of Door 2 there is a row of bus shelters - the shuttle will arrive here once requested.
