Why hasn't my shuttle arrived yet?
This shuttle arrives in Queenstown Airport's Rental Car Transfer area - follow signs for "Transfers, Taxis & Shuttles" or the instructions below.
Exit the airport by the Jetstar check in area. Once outside, please stand next to the blue lockers and free phone - the shuttle will arrive here once requested.
