Please make your way to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Walk across the road to the very last bus shelter. The shuttle will arrive once requested.
Please allow 10 - 15 minutes for your shuttle to arrive. To speed up your pick up process, we recommend checking in using the button at the top of the page.

Our shuttle arrives in the Transport Pick-up Zone which is a short, under-cover walk from the terminal. The covered walkway begins directly opposite international arrivals (exit Door 5) area with clear signage to guide you.
Please allow 10 - 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. To speed up your vehicle pick up, we recommend checking in using the button at the top of the page.
